Celebrating the Opening of Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station
The 12-story Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station at 1999 Chestnut Place is now welcoming Denver’s first-time and returning travelers to stay for a one-of-a-kind experience in the LoDo/Central Platte Valley area.
The historic Hose Company No. One building, an extensive adaptive re-use undertaking to rehabilitate the oldest firehouse in Denver, will soon be home to the upscale neighborhood bar and restaurant, Woodie Fisher. Slated to open mid-May, the restaurant was named for a man who would have been the city’s first fire chief. Sadly, he sacrificed his life to stop a runaway horse-drawn cart from running over a group of children. Read more…
