Haselden Construction tops out Laurel Cherry Creek

Laurel Cherry Creek: A Luxurious Addition to Denver’s Cherry Creek North

Cherry Creek North may not be a stranger to luxury, but the soon-to-be-open Laurel Cherry Creek certainly stands out in the pack of high-end residences. As the neighborhood’s tallest for-sale condos, this JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE-designed urban haven combines the comforts of home with the design of a luxury resort that gives residents a feeling of hospitality whenever they return home.

Developed by Pauls Corporation, the condo has 71 homes across 12 stories, and a lobby with 19-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot tall chandelier and design elements such as Scandinavian-style furnishings and white marble on the floor. Read more…

Pierside South: A new Oceanside Destination on the California Coast

In the sunny, warm city of Oceanside, California, our Pierside South project is wrapping up construction on schedule. In partnership with GF Properties and Ryan Companies, JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE will celebrate next month the completion of the seven-story, 110-unit multifamily project.

With a design fitting of its beachside context, the modern accents attract residents looking for an ocean oasis with the amenities of an upscale hotel. Unlike the more traditional mission-style design of its adjacent sister project, Pierside South utilizes contemporary materials and larger massing to reflect a modern vibe and take advantage of the panoramic ocean views. Construction is wrapping up soon on our latest project in Montana, The Mercantile Hotel, and is set to open at the end of January 2019.

Bridging Missoula’s past and present, JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE’s design for The Mercantile Hotel seamlessly incorporates both historic and contemporary design elements. In addition to preserving and utilizing the historic pharmacy building on the site, the hotel embraces its surroundings through the intricate brick details, which reflect the historic buildings of the area.
