Halcyon Cherry Creek Hotel Architecture

This project optimizes the usable space within a tight urban context and its planning and zoning constraints to provide a unique yet contextual building, worthy of the Cherry Creek neighborhood’s luxury and quality. Conceived as “a wealthy friend’s urban loft,” it will provide a refuge for guests in the bustling retail and dining surroundings, and convenient proximity to downtown Denver. Quality materials and subtle massing are worthy expressions of its luxury aspirations.
