JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE is proud to have been honored with both a “Notable in Denver” and a “Colorado Honorable Mention” award from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Colorado for our work designing The Ramble Hotel, located in Denver’s River North Arts District (RiNo).
The project was selected based on our innovative use of materials, space and design, as well as for fostering more “livable communities.”
JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE visualized The Ramble as more than a place for visitors to stay, but also as an interactive hub for creative cuisine, cocktails, music and art in the lively and gritty RiNo Arts District.
Inspired by 17th century French salons, each space within the 32,000-square-foot hotel has been designed with the purpose of fostering meaningful social interaction among guests. The Ramble balances RiNo’s industrial nature and au courant style, usingmaterials that are traditional and of lasting quality, but curated with a refreshed, avant-garde look fitting for a modern, boutique hospitality experience.
We’re incredibly proud of the design team on this project, which included Jovina Amor, Jen Tennigkeit, Nataliya Yedidovich and Anne Warner.
