Envisioned as a beacon for Denver’s Central Platte River Valley, JOHNSON NATHANSTROHE’s design for the 12-story Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station incorporatesone of the city’s oldest structures, the Historic Hose Company Number One.
Known as the “jewel box,” the hotel’s defining all-glass curtain wall reveals stunning floor to ceiling glass, installed to give guests sweeping city skyline and mountain views. Read more…
From Parking Lot to Urban High-Rise
The JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE team has designed an unforgettable urban-infill, brownfield development that will enhance the walkability of Denver’s Lower Downtown and add to its urban vitality, replacing a dilapidated, one-acre parking lot at 18th and Market Streets.
The 11-story mixed-use project will feature 302 residential units and rich, varied amenity spaces such as a community lounge, coffee bar, 8th level pool and outdoor lounge space, bike workshop and repair station, dog wash and dog-walk, fitness center and ground floor retail/restaurant spaces.
