BY MOLLY ARMBRISTER, DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL | Denver-based BMC Investments — which recently completed work on Steele Creek, a luxury apartment complex — has acquired more property in Denver’s Cherry Creek North and is planning three development projects with a combined cost estimate of more than $180 million.
The first project, at 240 Josephine St., will house a 165-room limited-service, branded micro-hotel. Brand and franchise agreements are still underway, and JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE, formerly JG Johnson Architects, is designing the project. GE Johnson will serve as the general contractor.
