Happy Holidays from JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE!

As 2020 nears and our team busily wraps up end of year projects, we’ve been intentional to take some time to appreciate the holiday season! Denver is a magical place during the holidays, especially Downtown which always dons festive décor, glowing lights and an occasional layer (or many this season!) of snow. 

This month, our team came together to celebrate a successful 2019 at our annual Holiday Party, with visits to some of our favorite spots throughout the RiNo Art District.

Our increasingly difficult affordable housing problems in Denver and similar cities worldwide are often aided with public-private partnerships between multiple caring parties. Shelter consumes the biggest portion of living expenses for the lower income population, followed closely by transportation costs. When the stars align, as they have at the RTD West-Line Sheridan Station, synergistic solutions can prevail.
