Happy Holidays from JNS!
This month, the JNS team gathered in the most 2020 way possible for our virtual holiday party! Donning Santa hats and holiday sweaters with some very festive virtual (and real!) backgrounds, we poured celebratory drinks and said “cheers” to another year.
While 2020 has looked very different from years past, we are so thankful for this incredible team and the ways we have been able to stay connected throughout the year. And most importantly, we are proud of the team’s ingenuity and determination to find creative solutions to keep driving successes for our clients.
From our JNS family to yours, we wish you all the happiness in the New Year!
The Sum of Many Partners: The Sheraton Hotel
Celebrating and enhancing the experience of the world traveler is at the heart of the Sheraton Hotel’s reimagined story. Through every carefully selected material and customized detail found throughout the hotel, our design works to capture the early traveler’s spirit – one that saw possibility in the world at every turn.
As the Sheraton Hotel project nears completion, we would like to take a moment to highlight some of our incredible partners who have been integral in making this vision a reality.
A Year of Building at the Fitzgerald
There has been tremendous progress on our Fitzgerald project in Lower Downtown (LoDo) over the past few months. The façade is nearly complete and shaping up quite nicely. This photo above shows a 19th and Market view of the Fitzgerald on a quiet Saturday morning in late November.
If you enjoy a good progress series as much as we do – keep reading!
Drone Footage at Sheridan Station
Sometimes it’s good to get a different perspective on things. And in the case of our Sheridan Station Apartments project in West Denver, that perspective is a bird’s eye view! Take a look at this drone footage below of the project from our partners at Alliance Construction Solutions.
This 129,274-square-foot project will offer 133 residences, including 92 one‐bedroom, 29 two‐bedroom and 12 three‐bedroom units. The culmination of a 10‐year effort to bring affordable housing to the Sheridan Light Rail Station on RTD’s W line, the project includes 114 homes for families whose income is below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), eight homes for incomes below 40% AMI, and 11 homes for incomes below 30% AMI.
