Cherry Creek North is in its biggest development boom ever, and Laurel Cherry Creek is the premiere multifamily project at the forefront. This 71-home development designed by JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE is one of the few condominium projects in the area and is already attracting attention from buyers (two $4 million deals have already been brokered).
Reflecting the character of Cherry Creek – think urban, upscale and boutique – the design of Laurel Cherry Creek is attracting residents looking for the amenities of a luxury resort along with the comforts of home, and the convenience of a walkable neighborhood filled with restaurants, retail and proximity to the Cherry Creek trail system.
Designing this multifamily project required a cultural immersion into the character of Cherry Creek North. The final design seamlessly blends into the neighborhood’s fabric, reflecting the materials, structures, scale, and details found in the area.
The exterior architecture of the 12-story Laurel Cherry Creek features clean lines and generous glazing, opening each home to natural light and sweeping views. The homes, ranging in size from 850 to 4,760 square feet, incorporate high-end finishes and products typically found in upscale hotels.
Taking cues from hospitality design, this 242,050-square-foot condominium development will offer a suite of amenities including a rooftop entertainment deck with a saltwater pool and a summer kachina with a pizza oven, fire pit and outdoor seating. The property also features a porte cochere and attended lobby, along with four levels of reserved and controlled access parking.
Laurel Cherry Creek is being developed by PAULS Corp and built by Haselden Construction. When the project is completed in late 2018, it will be the tallest for-sale residential building in Cherry Creek.
