As the neighborhood’s tallest for-sale condos, this JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE-designed urban haven combines the comforts of home with the design of a luxury resort that gives residents a feeling of hospitality whenever they return home.

Pierside South: A new Oceanside Destination on the California Coast
In the sunny, warm city of Oceanside, California, our Pierside South project is wrapping up construction on schedule. In partnership with GF Properties and Ryan Companies, JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE will celebrate next month the completion of the seven-story, 110-unit multifamily project.
With a design fitting of its beachside context, the modern accents attract residents looking for an ocean oasis with the amenities of an upscale hotel. Integrating History into the New Mercantile Hotel
Construction is wrapping up soon on our latest project in Montana, The Mercantile Hotel, and is set to open at the end of January 2019.
Bridging Missoula’s past and present, JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE’s design for The Mercantile Hotel seamlessly incorporates both historic and contemporary design elements.
