Located in the heart of LoHi at the site of the former Dickinson Plaza, this project houses 106 residences.
Design
Alexan LoHi demonstrates a contextual aesthetic that fits within the modern fabric of the Lower Highlands neighborhood. The interior design and architectural designs are well-integrated to create a cohesive building, inside and out, lending itself to an urban gateway to Denver living. The second level exterior courtyard allows for private, unique space for residents.
