The Mae at Cascade
In the shadows of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains, The Mae will boast breathtaking mountain views from both units and its many amenity spaces. The project is five stories high and has a second level, west-facing courtyard with a large pool and hot tub as well as a gaming lawn, grill stations, and two intimate fire pit areas. Additionally, residents have access to a 5th level roof deck with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Colorado Springs. Interior amenity spaces include a large leasing lobby that doubles as a co-working space, a west facing clubhouse wrapped in windows, a large fitness room with an attached yoga studio, a bike storage and repair space, and unique pet amenities.
The Mae, named after philanthropist Fannie Mae Duncan, takes inspiration from its namesake while also paying tribute to her social work, jazz club, The Cotton Club, and future impact on Colorado Springs. The interior design embraces a timeless relaxed style with inconspicuous accents evoking the spirit of an old jazz club.
