One of our top priorities at JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE is to deliver a smooth and rewarding experience for our clients. Property site walks are a vital piece of the process at JNS, helping us to properly address any on-site challenges that might develop during the construction phase and create timely and cost-effective solutions.
As project manager of our 18th and Market multifamily project – now known as The Fitzgerald – JNS Associate Principal Sarah Linback visits the site about once a week to ensure smooth progress. This week, she met with general contractor Milender White to observe the site’s condition as the seventh-story concrete is poured and constructed.
We typically schedule these site walks the day before the concrete pour. For this particular project, each of the eleven floors is subdivided into four different concrete pours, and it takes approximately one month to complete a floor.
Slated for completion in 2021, the 11-story Fitzgerald will bring 282 for-rent residences to Denver’s Lower Downtown (LoDo), providing a modern living option in the popular neighborhood with lifestyle-driven amenities and proximity to top restaurants, entertainment and retail destinations.
