Revitalizing Local Markets through Hospitality Design: Stock Island, Florida

Since 1993, JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE has completed hundreds of hospitality, urban housing and mixed-use projects across the country with an equal focus on creativity and context. In addition to design quality, we are deeply committed to understanding the

Hotel St. Cloud Renovation Featured on CBS Denver

JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE unveiled plans for the renovation of the Hotel St. Cloud in Cañon City with CBS Denver earlier this month. In partnership with Unbridled, we are currently in the early conceptual design phase to reopen and restore this historic building.

The project features bathrooms, showers and a concession space for the Stapleton neighborhood residents. Our design incorporates large steel gables with decorative Knotwood infill elements. The interiors are elegantly clad in tile with cedar ceilings and polycarbonate panels on the north end to let in natural light while maintaining privacy for its users.

Introducing…. The Fitzgerald!

As progress continues on our 18th and Market project, we celebrate a special milestone. The mixed-use, multi-family project officially has a name: welcome to The Fitzgerald!

Situated in the heart of LoDo, The Fitzgerald will offer a modern living option with 302 luxury apartment homes and more than 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Taking cues from the historic character of the neighborhood, our team at JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE incorporated varied masonry with other forms, shapes and materials consistent with the surrounding architecture into the design.
