Sheraton Denver Downtown unveils $80 million renovation

Denver’s largest hotel on Monday unveiled its $80 million renovation, which leaders of the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel hope will position it to capture business when meetings and travel start again in earnest later this year.

Hotel leaders launched the renovation in August 2019, roughly one year after Denver HS-EF Court Place LLC — a partnership between High Street Real Estate Partners of Atlanta and Eagle Four Partners of Southern California — purchased the facility. It features some of the signature key elements of the new Sheraton design, as it was just second major renovation undertaken by the brand after its parent company merged in 2018 with Marriott International (Nasdaq: MAR), and it added five rooms to the now 1,236-room facility.
