Recently, the JNS team gathered at the City Park Golf Course clubhouse to soak in some of the beautiful views and celebrate the completion of this project. Part of the $45 million, 136-acre renovation plan in Denver’s largest park, this project has been a true labor of love for our team at JNS.
As the architect of the new clubhouse, our firm studied various historic buildings in the park for design inspiration. Reminiscing on the early 20th century golf club construction, the architecture and design of the clubhouse combines raw steel and cross-laminated timber.
The new clubhouse features a design that maximizes versatility and capitalizes on the best of City Park’s vistas. The building’s west-facing patio features one of the most panoramic views in Denver.
Visitors don’t have to golf to enjoy all that the new clubhouse has to offer. Designed for various purposes, the clubhouse offers several gathering spaces that appeal to a wide range of people. The space features movable walls to maximize flexibility, allowing the clubhouse to serve functions up to 200 people.
We proudly designed this one-of-a-kind space to host holiday parties, weddings, reunions and other joyous gatherings for many years to come.
