This month, we were proud to celebrate the topping out of The Fitzgerald, an 11-story mixed-use project located at 18th and Market in Downtown Denver.
The 524,000-square-foot development will include 282 for-rent residences, 9,375 square feet of ground floor retail and 304 parking stalls. Featuring studios, one and two-bedroom floor plans as well as penthouses, The Fitzgerald will provide a modern living option that fits within the context of Denver’s popular LoDo neighborhood.
Amenity spaces in the multifamily development will include a community lounge, conferencing center, coffee bar, break-out work hubs, game lounge, as well as an eighth level pool, outdoor lounge and fitness center.
Join us in looking back at some memorable moments working on this one-of-a-kind project.
It’s always exciting when a JNS banner goes up on a project. Construction on The Fitzgerald started back in 2018.
In April 2019, the second tower crane base was readied and lowered into the project site at 18th and Market. After the feet of the crane were cast into the concrete base and cured properly, the full tower cranes were bolted in place. What a feat!
Evaluating the Site’s Condition
In early 2020, Associate Principal Sarah Linback evaluated the site’s condition as the seventh story was poured and constructed.
JNS team site walk!
Oftentimes, we’ll check out progress on a project with the entire team. It’s a great opportunity to learn from each other and support the hard work our team members are doing.
The Fitzgerald is slated for completion in 2021. Check back to our blog for more updates on this mixed-use downtown project!
