This project is a 39 story hotel and apartment high-rise tower located at the core of the Central Business District. It sits at the intersection of two major streets in Downtown Denver and is adjacent to Denver’s prominent Parade Route along 17th street. The design takes inspiration from the context, the timeless nature of the historic building and the significance of the Parade Route.
