Qualifications:
Registered Architect, State of Colorado preferred
BS in field of Architecture, Master’s degree highly preferred
7+ years of professional experience in an Architectural Firm
In-depth understanding of hotel and urban residential design
Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, and colleagues
Technical expertise in all building and accessibility codes
Team leadership, oversight skills, and mentoring of younger staff
Proficient in REVIT

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Art/Design education at Bachelor and/or Master’s level
5+ years of professional experience, NCIDQ certified preferred
In-depth understanding of hotel design
Excellent design and graphics skills
