ONE JNS TEAM: REFLECTING ON OUR VALUES

This fall, our firm came together for a retreat at Devil’s Thumb Ranch to invigorate our team as well as to define and clarify the values we are committed to in our interactions and our work.  

We spent two days with our coaching team from Enact Consulting, who helped guide our team building and provide insights. Through fun and educational collaboration exercises, our team bond was enforced, leaving this JNS crew ready for any obstacle that may lie ahead! 

The setting was spectacular and inspiring and the time away was critical to our next chapter. Below are our core values that we strongly believe in and abide by that lies as our foundation and helps differentiate JNS Architecture from our competition. 

We were also able to reflect on our core values, which are engrained in everything we do at JNS.
