FOOTHILLS GOLF CLUBHOUSE MAKING QUICK PROGRESS

Construction is underway at Foothills Golf Clubhouse, and we are seeing incredible progress at the site!

Featuring 36 holes and a driving range with expansive mountain views, as well as the Par 3 executive course, Foothills Golf Course is one of the Denver Metro Area’s most popular public courses. However, the original clubhouse, built in 1974, was no longer serving the needs of daily golfers and the nearby community. As a result, the Foothills Park & Recreation District team sought a new design with an expanded restaurant and terrace (including an indoor-outdoor bar), a modern venue space to accommodate various tournaments and events, and storage for a new fleet of carts.

Construction began in January 2023, and since then, major progress on the project has been made. The lower-level cart garage is nearly complete, including all the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution for the building. Additionally, the heavy timber super structure is fully complete, with the last half of the gable roof currently being installed. The exterior framing and wall system are underway, and curtainwall windows are scheduled to begin within the next few weeks. Once the exterior framing and curtainwall is installed, the building will be dried-in and ready for interior finishes to begin. The electrical subcontractor has begun installing conduit and other rough-in above the roof decking, which will allow the interior wood structure to remain visible. Final utility tie-ins and site work is also underway.

The Foothills Golf Clubhouse is set to open in Q1 2024. Check out some new progress shots below!
