FITZGERALD PROJECT NEARS COMPLETION

Downtown Denver’s latest urban infill project, The Fitzgerald, is getting closer to completion at 1800 Market St. JNS served as the architect and interior designer on this project, which adds 11 stories of thoughtfully designed mixed-use space to a former parking lot in one of Denver’s fastest-growing areas. A recent video walkthrough highlights the progress on this project and looks at some of the design choices.

The 524,000-square-foot Fitzgerald includes 282 residential units and ground-floor retail. The project’s hotel-style amenities include an eighth-floor pool and eleventh-floor deck. Our team varied masonry with ironwork to articulate the block-long building and add character to the neighborhood.
