HONORING THE WOMEN OF JNS

March is Women’s History Month and at JNS, we are proud to celebrate that just over two thirds of our firm are women, including leaders on the executive team. Since our founding, we have been committed to hiring the best and the brightest, most of whom happen to be women. As we continue supporting their growth as architects, designers, and leaders, we hope to see the same level of representation across the entire industry. 

According to a recent statistic from The American Institute of Architects (AIA), only 17% of women are registered architects. While the number of women in architecture school has increased since 1970, women are still grossly underrepresented within leadership positions at architecture firms. JNS strives to create leadership opportunities through mentoring, professional development and community involvement for the next generation.
