AN EXCITING NEW CHAPTER FOR JNS
So much of our work at JNS is inspired by the surroundings of our Lower Downtown office: from the travelers arriving at Denver Union Station to embark on a Denver adventure to the historic buildings that serve as a gateway to downtown’s modern office towers. We’re proud to announce that we’re the new owners of our office suite, a representation of our commitment to Denver and to our incredible team. In the coming months, we will embark on a renovation of the space that will create an even more collaborative experience for our talented team as they continue to design some of our city’s most memorable places.

“While JNS works on projects across the country, we take great pride in being Denver-based and our role in the evolution of Lower Downtown and other Denver Neighborhoods (such as Cherry Creek) has always been an important part of our identity as a firm,” said Principal Tobias Strohe, “To be able to look out the window at some of our proudest works is a reminder of all this city means to JNS. Owning our space is one more way we’re doubling down on our commitment to our team and our community.”
“When I was in college and an aspiring to be an architect, my friend and I ventured to LoDo with our watercolors and stopped to paint the Seed Building,” said Partner Nicole Nathan, “Who knew I would spend so many hours at work in that building alongside 20 brilliant architects and interior designers. To have the opportunity to purchase our space and a little bit of LoDo feels incredibly serendipitous and holds great meaning to all of us as we look ahead to the future of our firm.”
Forthcoming updates will include opening up the studio floor plan and refreshing the space with a fresh take on our modern hybrid work space.
