A JNS SITE WALK AT THE FITZGERALD

This month, JNS safely gathered for a site walk at our Fitzgerald multifamily project to see construction progress. These site walks are a great way to keep our entire team involved in our projects and provide fantastic learning opportunities for our junior-level designers.

JNS is providing the architecture and interior design for this eleven-story building located at 18th and Market in the active LoDo area of Downtown Denver. Slated for completion in July, this project will provide 282 for-rent units with over 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

Amenity spaces include a community lounge, conferencing center, coffee bar, break-out work hubs, game lounge, as well as an eighth-level pool, outdoor lounge and fitness center.

With proximity to the best that downtown Denver has to offer, this development will enhance walkability of the neighborhood while helping ensure long-term urban vitality.

Our design team carefully created an authentic design that fits seamlessly into the context of LoDo, which is known for its historic brick buildings.
