There has been tremendous progress on our Fitzgerald project in Lower Downtown (LoDo) over the past few months. The façade is nearly complete and shaping up quite nicely. This photo above shows a 19th and Market view of the Fitzgerald on a quiet Saturday morning in late November.

The 11-story Fitzgerald will bring 282 for-rent residences to the exploding LoDo area, providing Downtown residents with a modern living option that includes access to top restaurants, entertainment and retail destinations and lifestyle-driven amenities. The development features studios, one and two-bedroom floor plans as well as penthouses, and will also include 8,143 square feet of ground floor retail and 305 parking stalls.
