Colorado Springs is in the midst of a multifamily growth spurt, and JNS is proud to be contributing architecture and interior design to one of the city’s newest projects currently underway. Introducing the 322 Vermijo Apartments, a 154-unit multifamily community setting the standard for attainable living along the Front Range.

322 Vermijo is a 5.5-story building in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs that focuses on clean, modern common areas for residents to connect and enjoy. The project will include a rooftop deck, elevated courtyard and hot tub, as well as a welcoming lobby and club room with a view. Designed with fun in mind, residents can gather around a 360-degree fireplace to read a book or catch up with friends, or play a game of shuffle board in front of floor-to-ceiling windows.

With a moving palette of warm colors, geometric patterns and natural materials, all of the design elements within the common areas seamlessly blend to provide a subtle nod to the outdoor-centric and ecologically-minded lifestyles of many Colorado Springs residents.

Encouraging residents to make the space their own, each apartment features a neutral palette with upgraded appliances, simple finishes and several space-saving features like built-in workspaces and integrated kitchen and storage systems.

Construction on 322 Vermijo began in 2020 and is expected to complete in December, 2022.
